The trip we took to all the different galleries gave me a different way of looking at art and the way that it constantly amazed me and how not every artist is the same. I know for a fact that art will always find a way to show us that you can find aesthetic value through different styles form Gallery that has clothing with messages that you can only see with camera and art that isn't main stream art. I realized that people can find art in various places just like the Gallery we went to see. my favorite art was the flower gallery i feel in love with all the art in there. one pieces that stood out to the most was a painting of Marilyn Monroe with Mickey as her boobs. i really like this type of art because it in a weird way speaks to me. the other work of art that really liked was the one with the hidden words written on the blanket i found that really cool and interesting love how the artist hide the words in the blanket and i especially enjoyed the art were when you moved it followed you. ive come to learn that art is always around us we just need to take the time to stop and look and appreciated whats in front of us. this is the painting that i feel in love with.

The way i understanding these two articles are I believe that art has lost its true meaning. Now a days people can just claim that there an artist because the made something that they think is a work of art. I found both of these articles interesting. from what i understand our  generation well is the 1% who basically decided the value of art. i feel know a days with social media and everyone no longer wanting to truly original once someone say that this work of art is amazing even joins the ban wagon and agree without even truly looking at it too see if it's a good piece of art. I feel we should determine the value of a piece art, even though we all don't have the same option on art. the amount of money id pay for a piece of art if it was done by my favorite artist Bansky id pay a good amount of money for one of his art works.

For this assignment i've chosen the abuse against circus Animal mainly the elephants . what would make a good monument ?  the monument i've chosen to design would  be a big build board show casing the abuse the elephants face while "learning" there tricks  for the circus. The message i want to send out to the public is that  while we all sit their in amazement at what this beautiful creatures have been taught. we fail to know  the truth behind the curtains and what i mean by this is every day  animal hunters go and snatch elephants away have from the wild and they have deigned special traps to capture baby elephants as soon as they are born  and any elephants they capture they are brought to what they call a elephant taring camp.The way i want to design the build board would be and all black poster with white lettering that would say welcome to the worlds saddest show on earth and than it would display a picture of an elephant all tied up with marks and bruises all around its body.The materials i would use are want and a brick wall (poster board). The place i would like to display my poster would be right in the heart of the city time square so i would be able to bring attention to an issue so few people even think about.This poster would be dedicated to all the elephants that didn't make it out of the circus.

accidental art 

Tittle Dinner

Both pictures were taken in the some place my kitchen, the reason why i chose these two things as my accidental art work is because i like the way two colors complement each other and how my kitchen light reflected off the food , i like how the flash adds some depth to the sandwich and makes it look a lot bigger than it is. I call the first image "beach body ready" i call this beach body ready because i'm getting ready for the summer. The second image is called "I wanted chocolate" i call this i want chocolate because again im trying not be healthy so instead of eating junk i ate a pieces of fruit i feel both of these pieces are art because of the way it looks and also because it was accidental that i had my phone on hand. 

The way the two colors complement each other is the orange brings out the red from the tomato and the red of the tomato brings out the green of the lettuces and the green brings out the  white from the mayo and everything
 all together brings out the brown from the whole wheat bread. 

  

The first piece of art I choose spoke to me;  I was completely drawn to stele with bodhisattva Tang Dynasty (618-907) mid to late 7th century and it has this historical look to it.the reason why i chose this sculpture is amazing because i feel like if you just stare it speeches to you in a wired way what i mean is if you just were to look at this sculpture  and kinda take in how long it took to build it an how carefully detailed it. i mean even though the sculpture  does have much color to it and does really have that many details its still breath taking and it has so much meaning behind it such as these sculptures were made to honor thesis warriors and they were also kinda to honor gods.

The secound pieces of rt work i chose was  rosary bead South Netherlandish, 1490-1525 
Gift of J. Pierpont Morgan,11717.190.473. This perticual peices of art spoke to me was because of how little it was but was so deatlied and so beatufil it was so amazing to look at this pieces of wood so delicatly done and master crafted into ths little secene of art it was so beath taking . The rosary, a fifteen-part grew in popularrity during the fiftheen cenatury. Chains of beads called chaplets or rosaries helped devotees keep track of the sequence during praying. this work of art is so breath taking and amzng  and i love every single deatil in this pieces of art like you can see each part of the faces and see little stone an you can see how deatiled it is. 

The reason why i chose thesse two part of art is because there beautful and have so much meaning behind them and there so deatailed and i feel like they have so much hisorty and so much of a back round that its truely amazing

Where I see art is every where if you sit and think what art is its not one main thing for me art is any thing  I can see someone express there self and truly show what type of work they feels art for them  like art is anything any type of art for any point of view is different if you a viewer feels a painting is abstract and another person may feel its impressionst you can never define with is the peruse of art. Art has many persposies and many values art is any different things to one person this may not be art an to me I find this a master pieces I can truly see that this person is showing pride and fear and showing that his culture is very big and important.
